Returns Policy:

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by our Returns Policy. If any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.


Returns (Refunds and Exchanges): If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please inform us. Our Returns Policy allows a 14-day window for returning or exchanging items bought online, provided you have the original receipt. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify, goods must be in a re-saleable condition, unused, in the original packaging, and with all accessories, labels, and "free gifts" or bonus items. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for refund or exchange. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days to your credit card or original payment method. If you opted for standard delivery, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. Partial refunds may apply in certain situations, such as products with obvious signs of use or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
